Precautions for Arthritis/ Joint Pain

  • Try to include onion, ginger, pumpkin, garlic, green gram in your diet at the same time eat more fruits like pomegranate and grape
  • Remember not to wear compact, tightened and pointed shoes or sandals. They make your feet swollen and cause bony arthritis
  • Make sure that you maintain the flexibility at your joints
  • You should make your posture compatible to support the joints
  • Use lukewarm water for the purpose of bathing and drinking
  • Try to avoid cold atmosphere and do not expose your body to the cold weather
  • Do not eat cold items, ice-creams and do not drink cold water or soft aerated drinks
  • Try to stay away from cold breeze.
