Melasma is a darker form of skin which appears on cheeks, upper lip, forehead, and chin. It can occur on some or more parts of the facial skin depending of some internal and external factors. It even encompasses neck and forearms if not treated on time.  The skin appears under-layered with dark patches of spots.
